RETURN POLICY

Head Over Heels' In-Store return policy is for a REFUND within THREE business days from date of receipt, or STORECREDIT/EXCHANGE within 30 days of the original purchase date. WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS AFTER THREE BUSINESS DAYS

All SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE. Gift Certificates are a FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.


Head Over Heels' Online return policy is for a REFUND if the returned package is postmarked within THREE business days from date of delivery, or STORECREDIT/EXCHANGE within 30 days of the original purchase date. The item must be put back in the mail and postmarked within 3 business days to receive a full refund. WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS AFTER THREE BUSINESS DAYS

All returned or exchanged items must meet the following criteria:

All shoes must be unworn and returned in their original shoe box.

All handbags and accessories must have original tags attached.

All items must not be purchased from the SALE category.

Items must be received by Head Over Heels no later than 30 days from the original purchase date on your receipt.

If you do not meet all of the above requirements at the discretion of the Returns Department, do not attempt to return the merchandise because it will be refused.

Once your package is received, it will be processed within 2-3 business days.  When your return is processed you will be emailed a notification.
